A superbly balanced reel incorporating a host of features and with a clutch that is ultra-smooth. The Insurgent reels are ideally suited to use with the popular Insurgent rods and form a classic partnership with the shorter, cork handle range.This sleek mini-big pit reels offer exceptional performance and features a compact body making it ideal for use on small or medium size carp waters.
However, don’t underestimate the Insurgent reels when it comes to big fish as these reels are capable of great things, in casting terms and particularly at close range, in the edge! The sleek matt black finish and wooden handle grip just ooze class while the wormshaft gear system offers a smooth, unhindered operation at all times. The ultra-responsive Quick-Torque front drag can be tweaked to suit the control as and when required.
Other features that benefit this model are the twin spring-loaded captive line clips, high strength graphite body and rotor, open bail rotor lock and a floating rotor line guard.
